12-Month Price Lock

STATUS RESIDENTIAL guarantees to fix/hold the price of your home for 12 calendar months, starting from the date of your authorised PWA/PPA agreement. This price hold excludes any provisional sums and remains valid until the construction commences. To initiate construction, all necessary approvals must be secured.

Build-Time Guarantee

STATUS RESIDENTIAL offers a build time guarantee of 325 working days from slab down to practical completion. The block is to be located in a new estate and must be green-titled with street frontage and, the total contract value does not exceed $380,000 including siteworks.
